SODUS, N.Y., March 13, 2026—Reliant Credit Union contributed $1,250 to support the Lyons Community Center Playground Project, further demonstrating the credit union’s passion for giving back to the communities it serves. The donation was presented on Wednesday, January 28, during a check presentation at the future playground site in Lyons.
“At Reliant Credit Union, we believe every child deserves a safe and welcoming place to play,” said Pamela Heald, Reliant’s President & CEO. “The Lyons Community Center Playground Project will create an inclusive space where children of all abilities can learn, play, and connect, and we’re proud to support a project that brings the community together.”
Ms. Heald, along with credit union staff, presented the donation to representatives from Finger Lakes Community Action and Lyons Main Street Program, who collaborate on the Lyons Community Center Playground Project. The contribution will support their efforts to build an inclusive and safe playground for children of all abilities in the community.
“We are deeply grateful to Reliant Credit Union for their generous monetary contribution to the LCC Playground Project. Their support brings us one step closer to creating a safe, inclusive, and inspiring space for our children to learn, play, and grow,” said Pamela Precourt, Program Director at Finger Lakes Community Action. “This partnership reflects the strength of our community and the shared commitment to investing in its future. We truly appreciate Reliant’s dedication to helping make this project a reality.”
