Immediate family and household members of eligible individuals are also welcome to join. Immediate family includes spouse, parents, children, siblings, grandparents and grandchildren, including step and adoptive relationships. It does not include in-law relationships.

how to switch your accounts

Once you’ve opened your new account and become a member, it’s time to switch your other accounts over to Reliant. Our Switch Guide makes this easy.

  • One

    Open Account

    Open your new account online or visit any of our branches. You will need government issued ID, your physical/mailing address, and your social security number to get started.

  • Two

    Switch Automatic Transactions

    Switch all of your automatic transactions, as well as any direct deposit payments you receive, to your new account. Complete this direct deposit form and give it to your employer.

  • Three

    Close your old account(s)

    Verify that all scheduled payments, checks, and card transactions have cleared before you close any old accounts.

  • Four

    Enjoy your new account
