Do we have your correct address/email address/phone number on file? It's very important to keep your contact information up-to-date with Reliant. You can update your mailing/email address within online banking (click on "settings") or stop in any branch to update your information. If we do not have accurate contact information, important communication regarding your account (reissued debit cards, tax forms, fraud alerts, etc.) could be delayed or possibly not delivered at all. Additionally, we have many tools in place that help monitor account security, however, it is important that we are able to contact you should the need arise.
