New year, new hours!  Effective January 2, 2020, the hours for our traditional branches—the Canandaigua, Irondequoit, Macedon, Newark, Sodus and Webster branches have changed.
 
All branch hours are now as follows:
Monday–Thursday  9:00AM–5:00PM
Friday  9:00AM–6:00PM
Saturday  9:00AM–1:00PM
Sunday  CLOSED
Planning a trip? Travel light with Travel Notifications!
This new feature for Reliant Visa credit cards allows you to easily set a travel note for your Reliant Visa credit card with a few clicks, and use your card without interruption while traveling.  You can also view and remove travel notes on your account.
 
To create a note: log into online banking, select "Visa Credit Card" from the top menu bar, and select "Visa Credit Card Account" from the drop-down box. Next, click on the Communications tab from the left column and select Travel Notes from the drop-down menu.  From there, follow the prompts to fill out your travel plans!

Mobile Check Deposit Users: As you prepare your check for deposit, please include the following information in the endorsement section on the back of the check:

  • write "mobile deposit"
  • write "Reliant" (credit union name)
  • include your account number
  • add your signature
By including these four pieces of information, you can avoid any delays to your deposit.
