As a Reliant member, you can do your banking at more than 5,000 branches around the country, with more than 70 locations in the Rochester, Buffalo and Syracuse areas alone.
Even when you’re far from a Reliant location, you can walk into any credit union in our shared branching network and receive personal, face-to-face service. You can make deposits, loan payments, withdrawals and transfers.
To use a shared branch, you’ll need to present a valid, government-issued photo ID. You’ll also be asked to provide your account number. Need service after hours? As a Reliant member, you can get 24/7 service from the Shared Branch Call Center, at 888-837-6500.
