Reliant Credit Union Hires Three Team Members for Lending and Mortgage Departments

SODUS, N.Y., September 20, 2023—Reliant Credit Union is excited to announce the hiring of three team members to the Lending and Mortgage departments.

Daryl Snyder has been hired as the Manager of Lending. She previously worked at Reliant in various roles from 2006 to 2015. Since her time at Reliant, she gained experience at other financial institutions, most recently serving as the Director of Training at Lyons National Bank.  In her new position, Ms. Snyder will oversee all aspects of the lending process including organizing, planning, and directing the daily underwriting requests.

Ms. Snyder earned an associate’s degree in business administration and management from Finger Lakes Community College, a Bachelor of Science degree in organizational management at Medaille University and a master’s degree in organizational management at Keuka College.  She lives in Canandaigua with her wife and their two children.  In her spare time, she likes to camp, hike, exercise, and read.

“I am looking forward to being with Team Reliant again,” said Ms. Snyder. “I am excited to share what I have learned during my time away with the Lending team and help Reliant continue to drive positive results for its members.”

Steve Pane has joined Reliant as a Business Lending Specialist. He most recently worked at M&T Bank as Senior Branch Manager, Vice President. In his new role, Mr. Pane will be responsible for developing and originating business lending at the credit union and achieving defined production goals.

Mr. Pane is a current member of Auburn Rotary. He lives in Farmington with his wife and their two children. Mr. Pane enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, golfing, and watching sports, especially football.

“I am eager to continue building relationships in the communities where I live and work,” said Mr. Pane. “I enjoy being able to help local businesses achieve their goals, which in turn also helps the people they employ succeed.”

Allie Ridley has been hired as a Mortgage Originator. She previously worked at CFCU Community Credit Union as a Mortgage Originator. In her new role, she will provide quality and exceptional member service by developing and originating residential mortgage business at Reliant to achieve defined mortgage production goals.

Ms. Ridley is currently a member of Kiwanis International. She lives in Geneva with her wife and their two children. Ms. Ridley enjoys spending time exploring and finding new adventures with her wife and children.

“I am looking forward to being a positive force within our community by helping our members achieve their goals of homeownership,” said Ms. Ridley.
