New Card Number? No Problem
The Visa Account Updater (VAU) allows participating third parties (like merchants, subscription services, and e-commerce websites) to securely and automatically update your card number and expiration date when your card is reissued, so you don’t have to provide them with this data manually. Fraud Detection
With free Visa Purchase Alerts, you can receive a real-time alert via text or email when your card is used. If anyone gets a hold of your card data and tries to make an unauthorized transaction, you’ll know right away.

Our fraud detection partner continually monitors card activity to help identify and prevent fraudulent transactions. They may contact you if there is suspicious activity on your card. If you are not available to receive the call, you will receive instructions to call 888-918-7313 to verify activity.
Set a Travel Notice
Did you know that when you travel out-of-state or to a foreign country, your Reliant Visa credit card could be denied for security reasons?
If you plan to use your card when traveling, please let us know at least 24 hours before you leave. Telling us your travel dates and destinations will help protect your account—without losing access to your money.

Disclosures
1 Visa Signature® Rewards credit card Disclosure
2 Every net dollar charged* equals 1.5% in Cash Back Rewards. Cash Back Rewards do not expire. There is no cap on the maximum amount of Cash Back Rewards that can be accrued. Your account must be open and in good standing (not canceled or terminated by party; not delinquent, over limit, or otherwise not available to use for charges) at time of redemption. Awards are not available when you are in default under the card agreement. Reliant Community Federal Credit Union reserves the right to suspend your participation in the program until your account is in good standing. Cash Back Rewards are forfeited if your card is revoked, closed or 60 days past due.
Cash Back Rewards are redeemed on demand and will not be automatically credited to you. You can redeem your Cash Back Rewards through online banking by accessing the Visa Credit Card link and clicking on the Rewards button. The minimum Cash Back Rewards to redeem is $25. You will be able to redeem your Cash Back Rewards to your Reliant Checking or Savings account, not an account at another financial institution. You also have the option to apply your Cash Back Rewards as a statement credit.
You may transfer balances from your non-Reliant credit cards and loans by filling in the Balance Transfer request form. These transfers are subject to approval. Amounts transferred will not be included in the balance eligible for Cash Back Rewards.
* Net Dollar Charged: Cash Back Rewards will be based on net purchases (sum of eligible purchase transactions minus returns and refunds) posted to your account at the close of each billing cycle.
3 New Reliant Visa Signature Rewards credit cardholders are eligible to receive $150 cash back after charging a minimum of $1,500 in the first 90 days. Once cardholders qualify for the $150 introductory cash back offer, they will see those rewards available for redemption when the statement cycles.
4 APR = Annual Percentage Rate. 0.00% APR intro rate applies to purchases and balance transfers completed for 12 months from the date the account is opened. After that date, all balances will be subject to a variable rate. Your variable rate is determined by an Index and a percentage amount above the Index called the margin. Your margin is based on a six-month review of your credit history. The margin will be assigned every six months and will remain in effect until the next credit review. The Index is based on the highest Prime Rate published in The Wall Street Journal on the last business day of the month preceding the current calendar quarter. The Index may change quarterly. Your variable rate will not exceed 18.00% APR. The 0.00% APR does not apply to balance transfers of existing Reliant Visa credit card balances. The APR is accurate as of 11/1/2025. All loan terms, conditions, and interest rates are subject to change. All Reliant loans are subject to approval and must meet credit-granting terms and conditions. Membership eligibility required.

7 Some Restrictions and Limitations may apply. In cases where one of the benefits is not available at a hotel, the hotel may provide a substitute benefit of equal value. Some hotels may provide one of the benefits as a standard feature of the room being booked. In those cases the hotel may or may not provide a substantial benefit of equal value. Resort fees that cover any of the benefits are not reimbursable. Reservations must be booked either on a Visa Luxury Hotel Collection website or through Visa Concierge for benefits to apply.
