Fraud Detection
With free Visa Purchase Alerts, you can receive a real-time alert via text or email when your card is used. If anyone gets a hold of your card data and tries to make an unauthorized transaction, you’ll know right away.

Our fraud detection partner continually monitors card activity to help identify and prevent fraudulent transactions. They may contact you if there is suspicious activity on your card. If you are not available to receive the call, you will receive instructions to call 888-918-7313 to verify activity.

Set a Travel Notice
Did you know that when you travel out-of-state or to a foreign country, your Reliant Visa credit card could be denied for security reasons?
If you plan to use your card when traveling, please let us know at least 24 hours before you leave. Telling us your travel dates and destinations will help protect your account — without losing access to your money.
Notify us by filling out the form when you’re logged into your account in online banking. Click the “Online Services” menu and select the “Travel Notification Form” option. You can also give us a call at 800-724-9282, visit any branch, or fill out our contact form to get started.

1 APR = Annual Percentage Rate. 0.99% APR intro rate applies to purchases, balance transfers, and cash advances completed for six months from the date the account is opened. After that date, all balances will be subject to a variable rate. Your variable rate is determined by an Index and a percentage amount above the Index called the margin. Your margin is based on a six-month review of your credit history. The margin will be assigned every six months and will remain in effect until the next credit review. The Index is based on the highest Prime Rate published in The Wall Street Journal on the last business day of the month preceding the current calendar quarter. The Index may change quarterly. Your variable rate will not exceed 18.00% APR. The 0.99% APR does not apply to balance transfers of existing Reliant Visa credit card balances. The APR is accurate as of 2/1/2024. All loan terms, conditions, and interest rates are subject to change. All Reliant loans are subject to approval and must meet credit-granting terms and conditions. Membership eligibility required.
