SODUS, N.Y., March 10, 2026—Reliant Credit Union is honored to announce that it has been recognized as a recipient of three prestigious 2026 ‘Best of the Best’ Awards: Best Transaction Experience, Best Mobile App Experience and Best Online Banking Experience. These awards are presented by MemberXP, a leading customer experience program offered through CUSG.
Annually, the Best of the Best Awards are given to credit unions that consistently provide extraordinary service, as reported by their own members. Only the highest-performing credit unions using the MemberXP program receive the incredible honor. This is the sixth year that Reliant has received Best of the Best Awards.
The MemberXP Best of the Best Awards are considered one of the credit union industry’s most respected benchmarks for experience excellence. Unlike traditional recognition programs, the awards are based entirely on direct member feedback and measure how effectively credit unions meet member needs across key moments of the journey.

The 2026 MemberXP ‘Best of the Best’ Awards are based on analysis of millions of member experience data points collected nationwide using two industry metrics, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and Member Effort Score (MES). Recognition is given to the top 25% of performers across various experiential categories, with Reliant earning top honors in Best Transaction Experience, Best Mobile App Experience, and Best Online Banking Experience.
The MemberXP Best of the Best Awards are presented annually by CUSG to recognize credit unions that set the standard for member centric leadership and measurable experience excellence.
