Make a Visa Transfer
Use online banking or our mobile app to transfer balances to your Reliant Visa credit card, or to request payments from it.
You can also do this by calling 866-820-4887 at any time of day or night.
Make Account Transfers or Check Balances
For 24/7 account balance inquiries or transfers between shares on the same account, log into online banking, call 800-724-9282 during normal business hours or call 888-837-6500 after hours.
Report a Lost or Stolen Card
For debit cards, call 800-724-9282 during normal business hours. You can also call 888-918-7765 any time of day or night.
For credit cards, call 800-724-9282 during normal business hours. For 24/7 service, call 866-820-4887.
You can also report your credit card lost or stolen online. Go to the credit card tab in online banking and select “Services” to get started.
